Our department accepts and considers applications year-round.  However, we usually award our financial assistantships between December and March.  If you are interested in an assistantship, all your application materials should be received by January 15.

You can start graduate school at a time other than fall term (late September), especially if you do not require financial assistance. Because most of our successful applicants receive a teaching assistantship to start, this requires that they begin teaching in the fall.
